It has been humbling over the last few weeks to receive so many offers of support and suggested links to services during this Covid 19 crisis.
A good example of this is a recent email the we received from Roz Griffin, one of the community dietitians in Exeter.
Roz got in touch with us at BradTog to offer support from the Community dieticians in Exeter to those in our community who may be struggling to maintain a healthy and nutritious diet for a number of reasons.
This struck me as to just how difficult it may be for many of us to maintain a healthy diet during these challenging times: perhaps because of an existing condition or the challenge of obtaining food that is a dietary requirement.
Roz has sent us some useful links and contact details to support the maintenance of a a healthy and nutritious diet during Covid19.
This information is on the Latest News section of the home page of our website and may be of particular interest for those of those you in the community who are shielding, self isolating or have specific dietary needs.
Thanks to Roz and all of you who have been sending in such useful information. Please keep sending it in to website@bradninchtogther.org.uk.
